Systems Support Technician

Our client a resource management solutions firm in Alberton, seeks meticulous, well spoken and motivated individuals to join their team to assist their clients in support of time and attendance systems as well as to drive sales on behalf of the company.

Minimum requirements:

  • Must have a keen sense and experience in Time and Attendance
  • CompTIA A+ and N+ (certified!)
  • Have worked in Time and Attendance Support with same responsibilities for at 3 years that are recent
  • Must have a valid drivers licence
  • Must reside close to the Alberton region
  • Must be confident in Service Selling Skills with some track record
  • Must be able to configure a Bill of Materials for installations
  • Must be well conversed in writing proper English and the completion of administrative documentation.
  • Must have a good knowledge of Microsoft Operating systems
  • Make recommendations or suggestions how to improve client liaison and staff communications
  • Must have a good knowledge of the various wage determinations and their requirements
  • To manage own time management extremely well
  • Must know to work with tools and power tools
  • Respond to Service Calls provided.
  • Telephone Support
  • Prepare Equipment with configuration of system detail for installation
  • Paper Flow and administrative procedures must be followed correctly
  • Record all detail on Service Reports
  • Report back on all service calls completed and uncompleted
  • Canvas new prospects to advance the sale of our products to existing clients
  • Report back on actions and solutions and results to Colleagues and Systems Manager to update the Service Controller
  • Attend Support Meetings
  • Attend any scheduled Product Training Sessions
  • Report back on actions and customers impressions or remarks to the Systems Support Manager and Service Controller

Please take note that we will look at those willing to be trained as long as they have A+ and N+ however then the salary will be less than R10,000 p/m

Business Development Consultant (Sales)

R20 000 – R32 000pm negotiable depending on experience

Our Client is looking for game changers with the ability to develop new business using their consultative approach to partner with senior executives to develop and grow high performance sales teams.

Qualification and Experience Required:

  • Tertiary education in either Business / Sales or Training fields is advantageous.
  • Proven track record in developing new business.
  • Consultative Business-to-Business (B2B) sales with a long sales cycles.
  • Proven track record of selling at C-Suite (CEO, MD) level.
  • 25 years of age +
  • Own Transport with valid driver’s license and cell phone.
  • Proven sales history of achieving deals of between R300 000 – R1m per month


  • Be able to work in a structured, disciplined, metrics driven environment.
  • Ability to develop excellent relationships and engage with clients in 1-3 month sales cycles.
  • Exhibit high customer centricity.
  • Be pro-active, deadline focused and passionate about learning and development.
  • Validate persistence, adaptability to change and coachability.
  • Have high business acumen / ability to hold in-depth discussions on business.
  • Demonstrate excellent numerical / analytical ability.
  • Have excellent communication skills; both face to face and telephonic.
  • Hold uncompromising standards of excellence, integrity & attention to detail.
  • Have advanced MS Office proficiency (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).


  • Daily cold-calling to secure 7 client appointments per week.
  • Co-creating and drafting of solutions supported by ROI calculations.
  • Customer research and prospecting.
  • Presenting and gaining consensus with Exco, Manco and senior management teams.
  • Dealing with multiple stakeholders and managing the customer relationship.
  • Metrics reporting and admin related to the sales process.
  • Ensuring you are 80% on target monthly.
  • Consulting with customers using our unique diagnostic customer engagement process to assist them in solving challenges within the sales team.
